This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply knowledge, practical skills, and experience in leadership and management across a range of enterprise and industry contexts.
Individuals at this level display initiative and judgment in planning, organising, implementing, and monitoring their own workload and the workload of others. They use communication skills to support individuals and teams to meet organisational or enterprise requirements.
They may plan, design, apply and evaluate solutions to unpredictable problems, and identify, analyse and synthesise information from a variety of sources.
The Diploma of Leadership and Management with Mindroom Innovation is about today’s world of entrepreneurship, business and start-ups. This nationally recognised course takes students on a journey through the eyes of an entrepreneur, from ideation through design and all the way into prototyping and making it in the corporate and business environment.
Over 44 weeks we will teach students how to plan, design, communicate effectively, solve problems, and align personal and business goals and visions. This course will prepare you to manage your own workload, manage different people, and lead teams. For those of you who dare, we say: LEAD, don’t follow!

COURSE DURATION
The BSB50420 – Diploma of Leadership and Management will be delivered over 35 academic weeks and with 9 holiday weeks, totalling 44 weeks of enrolment.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
✔ Students must be at least 18 years of age at the time of course commencement
✔ Students need to show English test results equivalent to IELTS 5.5
✔ All students require a laptop computer for in-class studies

RECOGNITION: CREDIT TRANSFER OR RPL
Course Credit may be given either through credit transfer or through the application of Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).
If you have valid experience in the proposed qualification and you wish for it to be recognised, please discuss this prior to or during enrolment, as any recognition may affect your course duration and the length of your student visa.
