My experience with Mindroom was extremely positive, the staff is amazing and very supportive, all the instructors are really well informed and helpful, they help me throughout the whole course, always replying the email quickly and explaining how to do the same assessment one thousand times. But my biggest thank you goes to Lina Sodin, the manager, she helped me a lot during a bad time of my life in Australia, she gave me the best support I could have. I recently completed the Advanced Diploma of Graphic Design at Mindroom and had an excellent experience. What stood out most to me was how supportive everyone was throughout the entire course. The trainers genuinely care about their students and are always willing to help, whether it's with assessments, portfolio development, industry advice, or career guidance. The administration team and management were also incredibly helpful and approachable whenever I needed assistance. The course itself was very practical and allowed me to build a strong portfolio through real-world projects. I particularly enjoyed the workshops and hands-on learning activities, which helped me develop both my technical and creative skills in a way that felt relevant to the industry. A special thank you to Rebecca, who was an amazing trainer. Her feedback, support, and encouragement played a huge role in my development as a designer throughout the program. I had an excellent experience studying the Diploma of IT-Web Development specialisation at Mindroom Institute. In my case Sean Costain was my tutor and Yoshiki Tamashiro my support teacher. Both were very supportive and  genuinely committed to help students to develop their skills and succeed in their studies. I would also like to highlight the professionalism of the rest of the staff. Everyone was always willing to assist whenever needed. Throughout my studies I gained practical skills that helped me grow professionally and led me to study a Master’s degree at Southern Cross University. Had an amazing experience with this school in different levels. They helped me with my denied visa plus all the assistance through the course with professor Yoshiki made me feel highly taken care of as a student who lives in a country that isn’t mine.
