DURATION:

This is a full-time course that spans 92 academic weeks, with an additional 27 holiday weeks, totalling 119 weeks of enrolment. Courses are designed to be 75% face-to-face and 25% online.

OVERVIEW

1. Database: SQL, noSQL, Website integration, Data Warehouse and Database design.

2. Data management: Data processes, modelling, technical documentation, requirements and operational.

The Database and Data Management diploma is focused on various methodologies of creating, storing and manipulating data. The course is built with elements from XML data handling to relational database management systems and NoSQL data manipulation. With a focus on IT fundamentals, the diploma adds Cybersecurity, leadership, web coding with data manipulation and documentation knowledge to ensure that students receive the knowledge needed to work in this data driven world.

This Diploma is designed to produce workforce ready students.

COURSE DURATION

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

✔ International Students:

Must be a minimum of 18 years old when the course commences
Must demonstrate English proficiency equivalent to an IELTS score of 5.5

✔ Domestic Students:

Must be at least 15 years of age

✔ General Requirements for All Students:

A personal laptop is a mandatory requirement for in-class studies
Proficiency in basic computer usage and software applications, including Microsoft Office or similar software
Proficiency in using any web browser
