Maria’s story traces back to her decision to pursue higher education in Australia as an international student. Leaving behind the familiarity of her homeland, she embarked on a journey filled with challenges and opportunities. As she immersed herself in Australian culture and academia, Maria quickly recognised the nuances of the local workforce landscape and the importance of adapting to its dynamics.
Currently, she’s a pivotal figure in the Employment and Training division at the Multicultural Communities Council Gold Coast (MCCGC). She’ll share invaluable insights and expertise on navigating the Australian workplace culture, helping you to thrive!
