BSB50420 | Diploma of Leadership and Management
In our Leadership and Management Course, students delve into the principles of effective leadership, organisational behaviour, and strategic management. COURSE DURATIONS
- BSB50420 – Diploma of Leadership and Management is delivered over 35 academic weeks plus 9 weeks of holidays, for a total enrolment period of 44 weeks.
- BSB50820 – Diploma of Project Management is delivered over 60 academic weeks plus 18 weeks of holidays, for a total enrolment period of 78 weeks.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
- Must be a minimum of 18 years old when the course commences
- Must demonstrate English proficiency. See ‘ENGLISH (COURSE ENTRY & VISA EVIDENCE)’ in tab below.
Note: A reasonable level of English is required to understand course concepts and communicate effectively.
General Requirements for All Students:
- A personal laptop is a mandatory requirement for in-class studies
- Proficiency in basic computer usage and software applications, including Microsoft Office or similar software
- Proficiency in using web browsers
As part of our course enrolment process, students will undergo initial interviews and assessments to ensure they meet these requirements. Any identified issues will be addressed with Mindroom management prior to the course commencement to ensure a smooth learning experience.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
- Must be at least 15 years of age
- Must complete Mindroom’s Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) Test as part of the enrolment process.
