COURSE DURATIONS
CUA60325 – Advanced Diploma of Graphic Design is delivered over 60 academic weeks plus 18 weeks of holidays, for a total enrolment period of 78 weeks.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
- Must be a minimum of 18 years old when the course commences
- Must demonstrate English proficiency. See ‘ENGLISH (COURSE ENTRY & VISA EVIDENCE)’ in tab below.
Note: A reasonable level of English is required to understand course concepts and communicate effectively.
General Requirements for All Students:
- A personal laptop is a mandatory requirement for in-class studies
- Proficiency in basic computer usage and software applications, including Microsoft Office or similar software
- Proficiency in using web browsers
As part of our course enrolment process, students will undergo initial interviews and assessments to ensure they meet these requirements. Any identified issues will be addressed with Mindroom management prior to the course commencement to ensure a smooth learning experience.
Course-Specific Entry Requirements
- To be accepted to this course, individuals must provide evidence of their ability to:
- produce professional typography that demonstrates the application of visual communication history and theory.
- produce graphic designs for two-dimensional and three-dimensional applications.
- create and manipulate graphics and design complex publication layouts.
- Students must send their portfolio before the course commencement.
- An Adobe license is a mandatory requirement for the duration of the Advanced Diploma of Graphic Design course (A$21.99/mo incl. GST). Creative Cloud ‘all apps plan’.

- Must complete Mindroom’s Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) Test as part of the enrolment process.
