Looking to give back to the environment while connecting with others? Join us for a meaningful, hands-on volunteering experience on Tuesday, 2 June.

Be part of a community effort with the City of Gold Coast (NaturallyGC Program) and the Elanora Wetlands Bushcare Group as we help restore koala habitat at Schuster Park. The activity is simple, beginner-friendly, and designed for all experience levels. A City officer will be on-site, with all materials supplied and holes pre-dug.

Beyond the environmental impact, this is also a great opportunity to meet like-minded people, spend time outdoors, and be part of a positive community effort.

Location: Schuster Park, Tallebudgeera (exact location will be shared prior to the event)
Time: 8AM – 10AM

To take part,  join our WhatsApp group, and share your name and location in the group so we can organise lifts and updates.

Please note: we only have 2 spots available, so only confirm if you are certain you can attend 🌿

What to bring:

  • Sturdy enclosed shoes
  • Long trousers
  • Hat, sunscreen and water bottle
  • Gardening gloves (if you have them)

Come along, get your hands dirty, and make a real difference
