BSB80120 – Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning)

CRICOS Code: 107097H
BSB80120 – Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning)
Lead the future of organisational learning — with AI built into every unit.
Overview
This qualification prepares you to lead in the field of organisational learning and capability development — a discipline central to how modern organisations grow, adapt, and stay competitive. You’ll develop the advanced skills to design and execute major learning and development functions, generate and evaluate complex ideas, and take accountability for outcomes across teams and the wider organisation.
What sets our delivery apart is a practical, embedded approach to AI. Around 20% of each unit is dedicated to applied AI sessions exploring how current tools can support and enhance the specific topics covered — from strategy formation and learning design to performance development and change leadership. Rather than treating AI as a separate subject, we show you exactly where it fits into the real work.
You’ll graduate with both the advanced competencies the qualification demands and a grounded, working understanding of how AI applies to each of them — ready to lead in a workplace where technology and capability development go hand in hand.
● Enjoy the flexibility to start on any upcoming intake date.
