R U OK? Day at Mindroom: You’re Never Alone

R U OK? Day is a powerful national reminder to check in with the people around us – friends, classmates, colleagues, and even ourselves. At Mindroom, we want every student to know: your wellbeing matters – and support is always here when you need it.

What is R U OK? Day

Held every year, R U OK? Day encourages all of us to ask a simple but important question: “Are you OK?” – and really listen to the answer. Sometimes, starting that conversation can make all the difference. Whether someone is going through a rough time or just needs a chat, feeling heard and supported can be life-changing.

You’re Supported at Mindroom

We’re more than just an education provider – we’re a community. Our team is always here for you, not just for academic support but for your emotional and mental wellbeing too.
