The survey comprises 11 questions, mostly requiring simple yes/no or scaled responses. All responses will remain anonymous, allowing students to share their thoughts openly.

Additionally, MI students have an extra incentive! Upon completing the survey, you can take a screenshot of your submitted responses (as proof) and email it to [email protected]. This automatically enters you into a prize draw for a chance to win $50!
