We talk a lot about Project Management, but how is it in the real world? To get to know better about it, we are having Leah Taylor for an amazing Industry Talk.

Leah spent the last 3 years managing IT projects for 2 different companies and has current and fresh knowledge of what it’s like to be a project manager in the real world in 2021.

Leah Taylor began her career in 2001, having graduated with a First-Class degree in Economics with Econometrics from the University of Warwick, UK. She joined Barclays Capital, a leading investment bank, on their graduate recruitment programme and quickly showed a flair for business analysis and project management. She played a key role in the delivery of several credit risk management systems including the implementation of regulatory changes for Basel II, and in recognition of her achievements became one of the youngest Associate Directors in the history of the company.

Today, Leah is employed as a project manager/business analyst with CareLynx. Being both technically minded and a strong communicator, she translates “developer speak” into a language that clients can understand, and converts business needs into technical requirements.
