Currumbin Valley Brewing

Our project management students had the opportunity to visit the most recent beer brewer in Currumbin Valley.

They learned the process of making a new batch of beers, but also, they were able to use Design Thinking process to find how they can develop a new product.

As one of the directors said, “Project Managers are essential for any business, in a brewing company we need to ensure our projects are on track, on budget and stick with the initial scope”. Managing changes in product development can be really difficult, but with the right skills, you are able to overtake these obstacles and achieve the project objective.
