Project is a word that gets tossed around frequently.  It has been used freely for a long time; for instance – class project, side project, work project, home improvement project, and others small or large scale projects.

As time marches on, more and more organisations adopt lean and quick software and product development methodologies like Agile— which are are iterative,  and  deliver results quickly.

While Project Management Landscape changes to include faster – more engaging processes, older methodologies are still broadly used and is vital to identify which principles are best applied to the your project.

Our first Project Management seminar will review the brief history of Project Management, highlighting the main differences between the various frameworks and processes.

ABOUT THE PRESENTER

• Yoav Proart is a Project Manager, an Instructional Designer, and an entrepreneur. He has worked for small, medium and large organisations with various technologies and platforms to produce, market and manage products and services.

Yoav is currently employed as Senior Project Officer – Training by SECUREcorp at the Commonwealth Games Gold Coast.
